These rules govern access to Cœur Astral and the use of its web and mobile services.
Service access
Cœur Astral is an astrological dating and compatibility service reserved for adults. The user must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials, and use the service only for personal, fair, and lawful purposes.
Prohibited behaviors
Illegal, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, unsolicited commercial content, scam attempts, identity theft, publishing private contact information without consent, and any activity involving minors are prohibited.
Profiles, messages and moderation
Profiles, photos, messages, and reports may be reviewed to protect users and enforce these rules. Cœur Astral may remove content, limit a feature, suspend or delete an account in the event of abuse or risk to the community.
Reporting and blocking
Users can report or block a profile from within the application. Requests related to security, personal data, or complaints can also be sent via the contact page.
Account and data
The user can request the deletion of their account from the app or from the public data deletion page. Open data deletion page.
Cœur Astral Premium subscription
Premium is offered on the web at €9.90 incl. VAT per month. The subscription renews automatically each month, with no commitment.
You can cancel renewal at any time from “My subscription”. Premium access remains active until the end of the paid period. This cancellation does not trigger an automatic refund.
You also have 14 days from subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal. Exercising it results in a full refund and the immediate end of Premium. A dated receipt remains available in “My subscription” and is also sent by email when delivery succeeds.
