Data collected

Cœur Astral processes the information required to operate the service: account, email, dating profile, photos, preferences, astrological data provided, messages, reports, technical information, security logs, and diagnostic data.

Use

This data is used to create the account, display profiles, calculate compatibility, enable messaging, moderate content, secure the service, respond to support requests, and improve app stability.

Sharing and processors

Cœur Astral may rely on technical providers for hosting, email sending, file storage, notifications, audience measurement, error diagnostics, and moderation. Data is not sold.

When automatic chat translation is used, private messages may be sent to Google Gemini. Generated translations are stored with the message so the translated version can be displayed again without reprocessing the same content.

When a user opens a detailed astral compatibility reading, the birth data required for the calculation (date, time when provided, and place of birth) may be transmitted to an external astrological calculation provider (Astrologer API, supplied via RapidAPI) in order to generate that analysis. This calculation is triggered only at the user's request, never for all profiles, and the result is cached temporarily to limit data exchanges. This processing may involve a transfer of data outside the European Union, governed by appropriate contractual safeguards. The birth time remains optional: without it, the analysis stays partial and no detail is added artificially.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from the mobile app in Settings > Privacy > Delete my account. You can also request deletion from the dedicated page: data deletion.
